Providing Opportunities for All
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive regardless of age, disability, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, race, marital status, pregnancy or maternity status, or religion or beliefs. We’re committed to playing our part in reducing the industry-wide deficit of women in STEM careers. We appreciate that there is more work to do and remain committed to leveling the playing field for all.
Finding affinity through difference
Our Affinity networks foster a culture of belonging by organizing networking events, learning sessions on how to be an ally, and by working closely with leadership and our People Services team to make sure that our policies are fair for all. They are:
Diversability: Supporting colleagues with long-term health conditions and disabilities.
Multicultural: A place to learn about race and different cultures and backgrounds.
Neurodiversity: Supporting neurodivergent colleagues and raising awareness about conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Dyslexia.
Parents & Carers: Supporting colleagues who are parents and/or carers.
Pride: Providing resources for LGBT + colleagues and allies.
Wellbeing: Supporting colleagues in prioritizing their health and wellbeing.
Women at ARTISTA: Working towards gender parity.
Bettering communities through social value
We recognises that barriers to employment are greater for some than for others. That’s why we’re proud to organize and support initiatives that help bring those from disadvantaged backgrounds into the workforce. Our Head-Start initiative, in close partnership with the Department for Work & Pensions DWP), provides on-the-job training and mentoring for people in hard-to-reach communities and our Journey To Work programme supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with job search skills and interview preparation. By working closely with our clients, external partners and local authorities on these initiatives, we hope to improve the lives and prospects of people in communities wherever we work.
We are inspired by insight
We want all our people to have the opportunity to grow. From mentoring and digital up-skilling to leadership and on the job apprenticeship programmes, our Learning and Development programmes give us the tools to innovate, develop and deliver better solutions for our clients.

We put safety first, always
Putting safety first, every day, for everyone, with zero exemptions. That’s why our Zero Code is the backbone of our daily operations. It is a set of principles and behaviors that our people and partners follow to make sure that everyone goes home safe and well each day.
Zero Code: At ARTISTA, we always put the health and safety of our people first. We are committed to continuous improvement and ensuring that everyone can work in a safe and healthy environment.
Our Zero Code helps us to define and uphold the right behaviors that we expect from our employees and supply chain partners. In doing so, it ensures that everyone can return home safe and well each day.
There are four key principles of our Zero Code which must be followed to ensure our working conditions are always safe and to prevent any unacceptable standards or situations.
Ready to Work
Kitted Out
Stick to the Plan
Stay Alert
Shout Out!
Shout Out! represents the role you play in alerting others if you see any unsafe or unacceptable conditions. Every ARTISTA employee is supported and encouraged to say ‘stop’ for the plan to be reassessed, ensuring it is safe to proceed.
We must look out for ourselves and those around us
Zero Code reminds us to reflect on our training, knowledge and instructions and assess equipment, tools and clothing before starting or continuing work. As we work in environments that can change very quickly, we must stay focused and vigilant.
It’s everyone’s personal responsibility to understand, communicate and live by the Zero Code – with zero exceptions. Not following the Zero Code, means you choose not to work for ARTISTA.
Let’s work together to ensure everyone who works with and for ARTISTA returns home safe and well every day.
