Since I & D is at the core of who we are, all employees must undergo specific training in this regard. This reflects our global approach and commitment while taking into account local needs.
We are proud of dynamic Employee Resource Group around the world, in which individuals can share experiences, celebrate and promote diversity, including Women of ARTISTA, LGBTQ+, Indigenous, all supported by our global I & D network.
